Drunken Guardian does not supply or deliver liquor, beer or wine.
Assistance is offered on what to purchase so not run out during your special event.
Pricing Options:
*To provided quality service, 1 Bartender per 75 guests.
**Bartender serves for 4 hours. Arrival up to 2hrs early before serving and cleans up for 1 hours after. Extended hours are available upon request.
Essential Service: $50/hr per Bartender
Bar tools. tables, & ice chest. If all you need is a bartender while you provide the rest, we’ll take care of your guests!
Our services are based on your event and guest needs.
Please contact us with your email and event details below. Guest attendance, cocktail choices, services required will all help determine an appropriate estimated invoice price.
À la carte Services:
Ice Provided: $5.00/Guest
Water Station: $2.00/Guest
3-gallon self-serve ice water station.
Champagne Service: $50/Bartender
Bartender fills glasses at tables during special appointed time.
Location/Venue Change: $50
Moving the bar from one location to another during your event.
Disposable Napkins, straws, cups:
Price varies on guest attendance.
Mixers, juices, sodas:
Price varies on guest attendance.
Drinking Policy:
We believe in safe drinking. Must be 21 or over to drink. Our bartenders reserve the right to deny service to guests or the event if our contract policies are not followed. Guests may also be asked for ID.
*As a no-charge option, each guest can be issued drink tickets which may be redeemed for cocktails. This helps promote safe drinking.
No hidden fees. No surprises. Here are other included surcharges:
Travel Fee: First 25 miles from us is covered. $1/mile after the first 25 miles.
Taxes and other fees: 4% taxes will be applied. 3% credit card processing fee will be applied.
